The costs of Basic Vision are usually covered by insurance when the visual acuity meets the eligibility level for your insurance.

The costs of Robotic Laser, LAL, Trifocal and Aspire Vision Lens Implants are usually partially covered by insurance (which pays the usual costs of Basic Vision even if you upgrade to Robotic) and involve additional costs of non-covered services including the use of additional testing devices, surgical lasers, prescription lens implants and additional postoperative refractive services to reduce your need for glasses and contact lenses.
